Die Kunden werden vorg\u00e4ngig informiert und k\u00f6nnen dann ihre Bestellung aufgeben.<\/p>\n

So gehen am Ende nur so viele Tiere zum Metzger f\u00fcr welche auch eine Nachfrage besteht.<\/p>\n

Am Tag X werden die Tiere pers\u00f6nlich durch Ruedi in einen kleinen regionalen Schlachthof gefahren. Bis zum Schluss sind sie so durch ihre Bezugsperson begleitet. Damit kann der Stress f\u00fcr das Tier auf ein Minimum\u00a0 beschr\u00e4nkt werden und gew\u00e4hrleistet eine hohe Fleischqualit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n

Unsere Tiere liegen uns am Herzen und\u00a0 und wir begegnen ihnen auf Augenh\u00f6he, darum empfinden wir es als unsere Plicht sie bis zum Tod zu begleiten.<\/p>\n

Der Kilopreis betr\u00e4gt 36.- Franken[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=“34px“][vc_column_text]Das Tier ist wie bei den Schafen langsam gewachsen, zart, feinfasserig, mager an Fett und sch\u00f6n Dunkelrot.
